Use these guides if you are a health system administrator enabling Americano Health for your patients. Patients connect their own records in the mobile app after your organization installs or provisions our app.
Security note
- Client ID and Application ID are public identifiers for OAuth public (PKCE) apps. Publishing them on this page is expected and does not grant access to patient data.
- Americano Health does not use a shared client secret for patient connections. Never ask us for AWS credentials, client secrets, or API keys on this workflow.
- Patient data access still requires each patient to sign in to their own portal and authorize the connection.
Epic MyChart
Download our production Client ID from open.epic.com so MyChart OAuth works for your community.
Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium)
Provision our Application ID and Client ID against your Millennium tenant via Oracle Ignite SR.
What we never publish on these pages
- Client secrets or private keys
- AWS credentials or Secrets Manager contents
- Debug bypass tokens or internal API keys
